What we do
Four kinds of work, one mechanic who comes out to the vehicle. Tell us what's wrong and we'll give you a free quotation.
Car and van repairs
From a broken wing mirror to the kind of fault that leaves a car un-driveable. Where a part is needed, we order it in and fit it.
Servicing
Servicing for cars and vans, carried out where the vehicle is parked, so there's no trip to a garage.
Diagnostics
Fault finding with diagnostic equipment, including intermittent electrical faults and problems that haven't set off the engine management light.
Aircon
Air conditioning work is now available too.
We come to you
C Auto Repairs is a mobile mechanic. Call or message, explain what the car or van is doing, and we come out to it.
“Brilliant service, I called and explained my issues and right away he suggested he would come to my house and see if he could solve the issue. Within 10 mins he had identified the issue, after a few more tests using an array of technology found the faulty part “which hadn’t set off my engine management light for some reason” as soon as the part arrived it was fitted within minutes and now all is well. Certainly will be using again and really happy with the cost, much more of a pleasant experience than going to a garage.”

“I accidently broke someone's wing mirror. Chris has been very efficient and the same day we spoke, he ordered the new part. Very professional and efficient service. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended”
“Thanks for fixing my car today at short notice Chris. Amazing service (emailed on a Sunday, fixed on Monday afternoon!) and very thorough analysis of the problem with a quick fix. I highly recommend Chris to anyone and will use again in the future I'm sure. (Hopefully I don't need to TOO much...!) ;o)”
“Turned out I had a really simple issue that needed sorting, was able to sort quickly and efficiently to get my car back on the road. Highly recommended!”
“Disclaimer: I do not know Chris personally and this was our first interaction. My Fiat 500 developed an electrical gremlin and was literally un-driveable with faults popping up all over. We called Chris on the off chance he was available and within a few hours he was looking at my car. After two hours my car was fixed and running like a dream again. It's worth noting we thought it was fixed after an hour and so Chris left but the error reappeared. He came back almost immediately and after some more fault finding found the intermittent problem. Top marks for knowledge, work ethic, personality, pricing, and so on. Definitely recommend”
